Some parts have a little bit of a mountain. The mountain in Kansas named Mt. Sunflower is around 4,039 feet above sea level. That's not a lot but its one more thing the makes me proud to live in this state. This state has the largest expanse of tallgrass prairie left in the world. great for you bird hunter or you city folk who have never seen anything like that. Kansas has beautiful lakes, ponds, and streams. It's is one of the most clean and well maintained state in the country which sets a good example for states like Oklahoma. Kansas holds the largest marsh in the United States which is an excellent place to hunt waterfowl.
