Report writing
The key elements of writing a report are:
1. Headline (should be attractive to catch attention of the reader)
2. Organization/ place (where the program/ accident/ event took place)
3. City
4. Date
5. Opening section must be to the point answering the 5wh
6. Body (detail happening of the event)
7. Conclusion(how the event concluded, quotations, feelings etc)

* Always remember to answer the following question while writing the report:
1. What?
2. Where?
3. When?
4. Who?
5. How?

INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION
ST. THERESA CONVENT SCHOOL
BHUSAWAL DATE: 16th August
On 15th August,2012 Independence day was celebrated in St. Theresa convent school with great enthusiasm. The chief guest of the celebration was Mr. Rao the secretary of ISC group along with the Genearl manager of Ordnance factory Mr. Keshaw. The program started with a short prayer service followed by the hoisting of flag. A grand parade was held by the students of IX std.
The program continued with the patriotic songs sung by the little Diva’s of St. Theresa. Different patriotic dances, speeches were performed by the students of Primary Section. All the performance of the students were much entertaining and patriotic.
The program concluded with speech of the chief guest in which they stressed on saving water followed by vote of thanks to them by the Principal of St. Theresa. The program ended with the School Anthem. While dispersing all the students were seen with happiness glowing on their faces and the patriotism shinning in their eyes.
