Knowing more about yourself is a continuous process. It is an important task which one has to undertake, it can often be the most challenging as well. When a person knows who they are and clearly understands what they really want, they will have a much better chance how to reach their own success, happiness and personal fulfillment. Knowing one’s true inner self can be a great help to anyone working to reach their goals more effectively.
There are some websites that helps a person to know their self better by taking some self assessment tests for free. I personally took two tests namely, Learning Styles Inventory Test and KEIRSEY™ TEMPERAMENT SORTER® - II. After taking the Learning Styles Inventory Test, I noticed that Aural and Solitary Learning Style has the highest style score – a score of 13. Aural Learning Style means that a person likes to work with sound and music which is sort of true for me and the Solitary Learning Style which means a person is more private, introspective and independent. I think most of the time it’s true for me because sometimes I love doing things alone and I know that some people may think that it’s weird but I think some people have their own way of doing things. I keep on searching for an answer to a particular question…”Why am I like this?” and I come up with an answer that it’s maybe because during my childhood, I have many insecurities because when I was about in 4th grade, I grew up really big and some of my classmates are calling me “BABOY!” and some other things like that and since then, I feel like I’m so ugly and so fat so I preferred to do things alone but before graduating in elementary, I decided to take a diet and it worked and it boosted my self esteem.
