I refer our meeting of 27th November 08 and detail below my claim as discuss.

1. Site insurance – 115,000.00 Ksh. This amount should have been paid in March 2004.
2. Additional prelims for value about 7.5 millions – Approx. 8 Million. – Amount Claimed 400,000.00 less 115,000.00 = 285,000.00
3. Reflective ceiling – Timber structural joints -35,000.00 Ksh. And 135,000.00 Ksh for planning and sanding of all the structural timber.
4. Inflation on additional work approx 8 million – 17%. The percentage can be checked with JBC.
5. Extra ordinary height of second floor. 145,000.00 Ksh.- All walling and plaster work.
6. Alterations and repairs 250,000.00 ksh. As detailed in my letter.
7. The services provided to joiners, tillers, gardeners, painters. – 65,000.00 Kshs.
8. Builders work provided to electrical and plumbing works – 115,000.00 Ksh,
9. Builders work provided to joiners – 18,500.00 Ksh.
10. E/O for all the bushed walling, stone facing, concrete beams and columns and door reveals. – 665,000.00 Ksh.
11. Diversion of workers by Mr. Martin. – 145,000.00 Kshs.
12. External Works not valid 98,275.00 Kshs.
13. Material supplied to the client – 195,000.00 Kshs.
14. Included in No. 10 above
15. Valuation No.9 – 2.5 Million Kshs.

All these amounts should have been paid by 2nd June 2005 and I insist and they be paid with interest as describe by JBC.

I have not received the minutes of the meeting of 27th November 2008.
