“I have great confidence that the truth is beginning to come through to more and more people. This is how change takes place.” –Howard Zinn
This quote stuck out to me because change doesn’t happen too often. For instance, some of us change is hard and it is easier to not stand up for what we really believe but just to go with the flow of things around us. What we don’t understand is by not standing up to what we believe in just gives those in power to keep making the same mistakes over and over again. I do agree that truth should be spoken so people see the real light to the problem so things can change for the better.

There is so much racial hate even in this world today, it is sad because I agree with Howard Zinn when he mentions we should take down the boarders of this world and love each other like brothers. We should all treat each other with equally and with respect.
