Leadership and its Key Success Factors
The leadership is an effective way for influencing the performance of employees towards the organizational objectives and goals to achieve within time. Leadership also makes its focus over the employees and company by aligning the goal of company with the goal and objectives of employees. In the context of organizational workplace, leadership raises beliefs, morals, and values of the employees and also motivates them by providing their guidance and help ((Bowerman & Wart, 2011). Hence, this situation also encourages the organizational employees to employ their contribution in obtaining the objectives of the organization within time.
The main reason behind the success of leadership is its perspectives that work for the satisfaction of employees lower level needs. Leadership perspective includes inspiration and motivation of employees that works for the improvement and development of employees for achieving desired goals (Wart, 2011). The other reason that works for the success of the leadership is a relation that is used by the leadership with employees to raise creativity and team performances of followers.
Therefore, this situation increases competition and also reduces the elements of dissatisfaction among entire group of employees (Marshall & Coughlin, 2010). In a general manner, it builds a positive environment within the organization that is quite effective and supportive for the employees. It is because that the relationship between culture and employees directly influences the behavior of employees.
