During my tenure of management field I just followed the management styles accordance to the knowledge that I gained via experiences and bachelor level of education. Soon after start MBA at APIIT, I realized some shortages and limitations were there in management such as recognition the personality, learning styles, team work etc. I thought if I utilized those styles I would able to produce better result rather than achieved result. This assignment is focus on learning styles of me which I leant via the MBA course. Also will focus different sort of learning styles and use relevant models as well.
