Education is one of the fundamental basic rights of every human and significant factor in the development of children, communities and countries. The importance of education is quite clear. Education is the knowledge of putting one’s potentials to maximum use. I can guarantee that a human being is not in the proper sense till he/she educated. It’s vital because of two reasons, those are
* “Training of human mind is not complete without education and it makes human a right thinker also tell human how to think and how to make decision.
* Through the attainment of education human enable to receive information from the external world; to acquaint human self with past history and receive all necessary information regarding the present to prepare for the future events. Without education, human is as through in a close room and with education human find their selves I a room with all its windows open towards outside world”. (Khan)
During my tenure of management field I just followed the management styles accordance to the knowledge that I gained via experiences and bachelor level of education. Soon after start MBA at APIIT, I realized some shortages and limitations were there in management such as recognition the personality, learning styles, team work etc. I thought if I utilized those styles I would able to produce better result rather than achieved result. This assignment is focus on learning styles of me which I leant via the MBA course. Also will focus different sort of learning styles and use relevant models as well.
