When you are collaborating with a learning group in an online classroom, there will be a numerous of different personalities and learning styles. When you are learning how to effectively work together toward a particular goal, it is possible to apply all those skills to all aspects in everyday lifes.. Personality styles are known as a giver, adventurer, thinker, and organizer. When you are communicating with a Giver, you learn better when studying together with others and developing relationships with other the other online students. In order to help other students be successful, it is better to allow them to teach each other in groups. An organizer always works best in a very structured environment and with responsibilities. To better an organizers success, they should be in charge of planning out the entire project and making instructions and feedback to the rest of the students. When you are a thinker you tend to be more analytical and find methods to complete a task in a logical more sufficient manner. When effectively utilizing a thinker’s ability, it would be better to allow them to brainstorm and think for ideas to complete the project. That way it turns out more clean. Lastly, an adventurer is a creative personality that likes more original ideas and they like to complete tasks in not old, but new ways. In order for them to do so the adventurer’s ability is best when you allow them to the freedom to create an original approach to complete even the harder task. All of these numerous different personality types can work together very effectively if each student is assigned a task that is within their personalities.. There are many learning styles, including interpersonal, logical-mathematical, and visual-spatial. Someone with a logical-mathematical learning style will be better with inductive and deductive reasoning and conceiving abstract concepts.
