Letter on Why to Pick Principles of Confucianism to Run Government

Dear Emperor,

My name is Ming Yue. I'm writing this letter to you in hopes that you would choose the principles of Confucianism to run your government. I am a young Chinese girl, living in a not so wealthy province. I do not go to school but I deeply wish I could. My parents are always out working or looking for work so I barely get to see them. I kind of grew up on my own. I'm not the only one living this kind of life, there are many others and we all would like it to change. I hope you listen to what I have to say and set up your government through Confucianism.
A philosopher named Confucius started this philosophy. He lived from 551 to 479 B.C. He was brought a pound the world during the time when the empire was powerless. Confucius grew up without a father but had managed to excel in school. Later in life, Confucius became a tax collector, but then through time he realized that he didn't like the way China was and decided to become a teacher and have something useful to share. Confucius believed in more than just learning the basic subjects, he felt all students should achieve moral character and live life in harmony. In this spirit, he accepted all of his students. It didn't matter to him if you were rich or poor, as long as you weren't lazy he would teach you. He also believed in five basic relationships: Parent and child, husband and wife, sibling, emperor and subject, and friends.
Need a reason? Well it allows anyone to have an education. Wealthy or not, if you are willing to put the effect and show that your serious about schooling then you would be able to learn. Also Confucianism is the philosophy that will set good examples to the rulers and to society. Confucianism is all about how to respect one another and to become a leader, making important decisions. This system teaches children how to act properly and respect their parents. Once there is loyalty in the family, then there shall be loyalty to the government. When...
