What is Life Coaching

"Life Coaching" is a process of helping people to move through a program of personal change from where they are now, to where they want or need to get to in their lives.

It's a practical, forward looking way for an individual to gain clarity on what they don’t like about their lives and what they can do about it. Coaching is also a powerful support system to keep people moving in the right direction.  It's a steady process in helping the client come to their own realisations, recognising their strengths and defining their goals.

A "Life Coach" is an experienced individual who supports and encourages people to realise their potential, make achievable plans and goals for their lives and careers, and build both confidence and belief in oneself.

I as a life coach help empower individuals by giving them the tools they need to take control of their lives or other concerns.  I will ask leading questions in order to guide you to an answer, to encourage you to think carefully about how you live your life and what you would like to change such as career, confidence and self-esteem, finances, health, relationships or work/life balance.  I will challenge you and motivate you on negative behaviours and habits that hold you back, support you through any difficult decisions you need to make, and help you work out strategies for reaching your goals.

I focus entirely on the individual. If you are ready to start making changes and to put the effort into implementing them, then Life Coaching will be of great benefit to you
In this modern world, it can be easy to lose our sense of purpose and coaching aims to help you make the most of what you have and be all you can be.  I look at attitudes, beliefs and values, discussing your dreams and aims...
