ECONOMIC RECESSION
Budros , A. The New Capitalism and Organizational Rationality: the adoption of downsizing economy, New York, Oxford University Press.2008, 229-250.

SUMMARY
The author explains how war made a major contribution to the Economic downfall. He states that war was linked to the destruction of people’s normal mode of living around the world. Discussing he believes that the normal economic structure was distracted in that, the provisions of essential goods and services to meet basic human needs was replaced by power hunger. The poor were made to fight the poor and controlling major manufacturing industries, military combats, oil and the banking sector enriched the rich. He believes that in a war economy death is good for business, poverty is good for society and power is good for politics. He criticized Western countries particularly the United States in spending hundreds of billions of dollars a year to murder innocent people in third world countries while their own people at home suffer from poverty, class gender and racial difference. He concludes by stating that the American government should concentrate in using its tax money in creating jobs educating the public and investing in small business to end the recession.
