Asam Pedas is a classic Malaysian dish. There are various recipes for Asam Pedas in Malaysia like Asam Pedas Baba Nyonya, Asam Pedas Berempah, Asam Pedas Gerang, Asam Pedas Melaka and many more. Asam Pedas Melaka is the most famous in this country. At the age of technology a lot of work can be done easily. As an employee, a wife and a mother to my children cooking fresh and nutritious food for the family is required. The existence of many types of paste frozen without preservatives in the market today may facilitate the work of cooking and saves time. Paste Asam Pedas Melaka, brand of Citarasia is a favorite of my family. The taste is great, delicious and very easy to prepare. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Here I’ll share the tips on how to prepare it.
Before we start to cook please prepare all the essential items to ensure we cook properly and smooth. The things that we need are divided into 2 categories, the fresh foods raw materials and the equipments. For the food materials of course the paste of Asam Pedas Melaka 350grm brand Citarasia, 500grm of rays, 10 pieces medium size of okras which the size is about 5 inches long.
