First, manager should have good qualifications such as management knowledge, leadership knowledge, company- oriented. Beside, manager should have good characters. It means being a manager must be kind and gentle with employees and visionary.

If managers are successful in getting the job done through others, they must also have certain qualifications. First of all, Managers need to know how to manage, that is,how to handle the various aspects of their job and how to plan, organize, direct performance, manage information, so as to get the most out of their people and the resources provided to them. Because the value of knowledge management is indispensable. Example, to be able to estimate the sales for next year, manager would need information about the competition, market size, extent of market saturation, current backlog, customer satisfaction levels associated with current product delivery, current production capacity, the extent of capacity utilization, and a whole host of other things. When he was able to amass sufficient data and information to form a complete pattern that he understood, he would have knowledge, and would then be somewhat comfortable estimating the sales for next year.
