Management Planning paper

Tyco management planning affects every aspect of the business from employees to the community. Management planning includes identifying what goals the company wants to accomplish. Legal issues and ethics also effect management. Many influences, external as well as internal, also are affected by the way Tyco does business. Applying Tyco’s strategic, tactical, operational and contingency plan will help manage those outside and inside influences without disrupting the ongoing success of the business.
Function of management
Tyco believes that governance, customers, growth, teamwork, operational excellence and financial strength will help them in the success of the company. Governance can provide the company to put in place the practices that would encourage employees and to show the integrity of the company in their work and the distribution of their products. Tyco’s policies need to be put place for their employees that will tell what is expected of them to maintain their image of the company. Without the governance a company would not be able to make a clear statement to their employees about what is expected of them. Employees that know what is expected of them will ensure the future success of the company. Tyco understands what the customer's want and what their needs are, by providing their wants and needs and by giving them the performance they expect will give greater value to Tyco over their competition (Tyco). The company has to make the customer request work within the company standards and policies, if the company cannot provide this need, their customer will look to other companies that will give them what they want. By providing the customers the means to state what they want without prejudice, gives the customer a sense of confidence that they will get what they want from the company.
