INTRODUCTION

The principal aim of the management project report is for me to prove the understanding and knowledge of the different subjects taught as school for the past three years, this knowledge must be reflected by producing a report describing the different challenges and decision-making process that as a student I will face during the project development.
As third year students, we are being prepared to manage the challenges of the outside world; therefore the management project class objective is to simulate what managers, in this case us, must do to accomplish and manage potential businesses, and also the importance of working in teams.
The project is being carried out in teams, and fortunately the group its being chosen by ourselves giving us the advantage to work with people who we know will perform and come up with ideas in similar ways to ourselves, the members of my team are Beulah Howard and James Belsey in charge of the Human Resources area, Craig Buckley and Joe Dolpire in charge of the Market Research, Xavier Chan responsible for the financial part and myself in charge of the Launch Campaign.
Our aims and objectives as a team is to create, develop and present a project that would reflect our abilities and creativity as hospitality students; we will attempt to demonstrate to the audience a project that would impress them.
