Target market
We intend to target the local Jordanian market by putting 70% of our financial capacity into advertisements around the country. These ads will include large billboards on the most jammed streets of Amman; so as to be seen by as many people as possible.
Also, our advertisements will include TV ads, firstly broadcasted on the national Jordanian TV, and then when we get more money we'll start broadcasting on other internationally seen channels such as Mbc and Dubai one.
As for the international market, we will target it later after making progress in the local one first.
Needs and requirements
Our most important requirement is to import the best sown fabrics from Milan and Paris. These fabrics will be used to design the high-end haute couture dresses and outfits.
We will need to have the most up-to date machinery and technology in order to achieve perfection.
Competitive forces
We will be competing with the fashion companies spread around the country such as Zara, Bershka, Mango, Stradivarious and many others which are popular amongthe youngsters in Jordan. As for our high-end collection, we will have less competition because haute-couture is not so well established still in Jordan.
