Mcdonalds Diet

Mcdonalds Diet

If I got the chance to do this diet plan were all I ate was McDonalds, I would not do it. I always knew that fast food wasn’t the best food for people to eat in the first place, so why would going on a diet of nothing but that, be any better? One reason why I wouldn’t do it is because, it can cause some major health problems, not only during the one month but, also after and it can be very life threatening. If I was to do this diet, I would be very scared of trying to get back to normal also, I do not think it would be easy to lose all the weight you gained and try to restore the healthiness to my internal organs. The damage to the live by over flowing it with fats could be so severe that I could have to get a liver transplant. I could also hurt my brain function also by flooding it with too much unwanted fats. With all of these life threatening problems, I would have to ask myself, is it worth it? Also, the amount of sodium in all of fast food is very high and is not good for the average human being to consume. The calories in the foods are also sky high and will make you grow big in the gut. The normal intake for calories in ones diet would be exceeded by just eating one Big Mac. I don’t know about you, but that is a little absurd. I am not saying that one should never eat fast food, but I am saying that eating it three times a day for thirty days is bad and unhealthy. Having the food every now and then will not kill you, but just make sure you get the...
