This links into the aims and objectives. McDonalds’ aim is to be ‘the world’s quickest restaurant experience.’ This is also said in the mission statement of McDonalds.’ To get to the aim they need Objectives. Objectives are the long term aim to get to the Aim.
Firstly all of all the objectives for McDonalds are Customer Satisfaction. Secondly, another objective is growth. Yet again profit is another objective for a company like McDonalds.
Their objectives to get Customer Satisfaction are things such as hygiene. We don’t want to eat in a dirty place and McDonalds have regular cleaning every half an hour, they employ a person a day to look after toilets along; a clean as you go service! Also high quality quick food. To make the customer coming back. By following this they are following the S.M.A.R.T criteria.
Another of Mcdonalds objectives are a smart company as well as relying on their customers to spread the word they are also relying on the fact that advertising the products will draw in new customers
Secondly, their activity to grow includes increased Advertising which can be done at minimal cost. The M logo is recognised everywhere.
