"Putting the positive in change creates an inspired work team" discusses the steps needed to take in order to establish change. The article discusses the benefits to realizing the need for change, the pros of setting goals when applying change as well explaining why change is good and the positive values which both businesses, as well as individuals, will gain when undergoing change. The article gives examples of using preregistration ideas in order to cut back on customer feedback within the United States.
The author of this article gives examples of the outcome of team leaders and managers being proactive within a company. The author talks about how proper management steps can change within a company or organization managers and leaders’ need to remain involved within the process. Constant involvement and continuity with all employee’s will assist in ensuring that all member within that specific area within the organization are on the same common ground and provides the members with a form of feedback and showing appreciation.
