Biodiesel is a kind of green, environmentally friendly renewable biomass energy, along with the global oil resources drying up and environment deteriorating, the application of biodiesel reduces the dependence on petroleum diesel, human also reduce pollution to the environment, at the same time, the development of biodiesel is one of most important energy strategy. The raw material by in existence and production costs are too high, palm oil plant sterilizing station (http://www.palmmill.com/Products/proa/)difficult to achieve scale and industrialization of biodiesel production.Of this study is to research and development of low cost using micro algae oil biodiesel preparation and testing of biodiesel related physical and chemical indicators, provide theoretical basis for the micro algae biodiesel production industrialization. This paper mainly study from the following four aspects: the wall and micro algae oil extraction, oil micro algae decoloring process, micro algae oil biodiesel preparation process, micro algae biodiesel contains quantity measurement and test the physical and chemical indicators.1. This palm oil processing plant (http://www.palmmill.com) selected chlorella as raw materials, with micro algae cell broken rate as the index, through comparing the ultrasonic crushing method, high-speed homogenate method, repeated freezing and thawing method, thermal swelling method, microwave crushing method and acid method the six wall-breaking effects on cells broken after ultrasonic crushing method is chlorella ideal wall-breaking method and its effect is significantly higher than the other broken broken wall method. 12 min after ultrasonic processing chlorella cell breakage rate reached 80.57%.2. Select the wall of ultrasonic assisted chlorella after preprocessing, methylene chloride - methanol (2:1) as extraction solvent, the temperature of 40 ℃, extract 6 h, can get the highest oil yield was 24.11%.3. Using GC - MS can detect micro algae species and the...
