One-Stop Shopping Mobile Application
Mission/Purpose:
Our mission is to provide our customers the ability to facilitate the process of reserving ground and air transportation through our mobile application. Our customer will also be able to make hotel and restaurant reservations, search for entertainment around the area, and purchase retail goods. The processes above should be as simple as possible.
Project Goal:
The project goal for the “E-go in style” system is to develop an application which is based entirely online. The application will be designed to provide a virtual “one stop shop” style of service to customers. The “E-go in style” application’s design will encompass around bringing all of its customers’ needs to their fingertips in an easy to use application. This will allow customers to purchase a plethora of services and items, such as airplane tickets, hotel reservations, car rentals, tickets for local concerts, movies, or the theater, as well as locate restaurants and book reservations.
Business need/Measurable objectives:
The Business need for the “E-go in style” project is an application that will act as a “one stop shop” for customers that are constantly on the go. The services provided will be restaurants, retail clothing, rental cars, and tickets to concerts, movies, local events, as well as airline travel, and hotels. The customers will need to be able to quickly access all these services wherever they travel to in the United States. Not only do these customers need to access all this information quickly, but they need to be able to do so securely, while making purchases, and setting up reservations.
The customers in this case expect to be indulged, or treated “in style”. Combining the customer’s ego and desire to be indulged is what the application is built around. The “E-go in style” application will be serving high end customers who expect a high end service to deliver the services and...
