the military has influence me in many ways, i can start by mencioning, the army values like respect, selfless service, duty, honor, loyalty, integrity and personal courege.Respect my Chain of Command
Every military has some sort of chain of command in which respect is the main premise behind the entire Idea of organization and with a chain of command. Respect is important in the design of the military system itself. You have to automatically trust and do what the person appointed above you says because they are your senior. The most important thing that respect is earned through training and experiences they have gained to get to the position they have.
As a service member in the United States Army It is my duty to respect any person appointed over me Respect is an absolute necessity because that is what separates us from being non-professionals and professionals. All decisions are expected to be made at the lowest level possible. I have to respect everyone who is of higher rank then I because rank is earned threw respect, an individual or a group of individuals believe that you have earned the right to have that respect. So in return your have to live up to the responsibilities that come along with the rank and respect.
It is so important in the military it is one of the seven army values. And yes no soldier is perfect and lives up to all one the seven army values but it pertinent that every soldier does everything that he or she is can to live up to all of the seven army values.
And from now on I know that I have to follow the orders that come from my chain of command and not go by my instincts and think that I wont be punish. I know I made a mistake and I learn from it, so from now on I will let my chain of command work for me, and I wont talk to anyone above me without asking my Chain of Command first, and letting my superiors know, why I need to see who ever is above me, in this case the 1sg.
