I gave mariyah a positive feedback by saying yes that’s right that’s the right way of doing it.
I gave Suheem negative feedback by saying this is not where we start from.
I gave cali constructive feed back by saying this how we do it but we start from here.




How did you monitor your teams performance-give examples I was monitoring the team by making sure that everyone was taking part
Making sure that everyone starts at the same time
Making sure that everyone is being fair by staring at same distance.
