Democratic leadership is team guided by a leader where everyone are involved in the decision-making process to decide what needs to be done and how it should be done. The group's leader has the right to make the final decision of the group

I gave mariyah a positive feedback by saying yes that’s right that’s the right way of doing it.
I gave Suheem negative feedback by saying this is not where we start from.

How did you monitor your teams performance-give examples I was monitoring the team by making sure that everyone was taking part
Making sure that everyone starts at the same time
Making sure that everyone is being fair by staring at same distance.
