Large corporations and businesses are the key to the success of not only Canada’s economy but to society as well. Businesses earn great profits by providing Canadians with many services and goods. The arrival of immigration in Canada has greatly impacted the business sector of the economy. Many immigrants work for businesses but some establish them as well. When immigrants work in large corporations and interact with the different types of people, they share their different opinions and views on many topics. Because these immigrants have lived in different areas, they could possibly have different ideas and mindsets, then the people they are working with (Why Hire Immigrants, 2009) .When the thoughts of these people come together, it leads to great success. Also when people leave their home countries, they leave many people that they’ve known all their life. When they come to Canada and work, they can help the business because they have a large network. By interacting with different types of backgrounds business get not only gain more knowledge but they get to interact with different types of people (Why Hire Immigrants, 2009). Companies are then able to expand their horizons and create larger international networking. Another advantage would be when immigrants leave their home country and work for a business here, they can easily create contacts with the business back home because they know two the system works there (Monster,2009). This can help economy because of the international trade that is going on between the two countries. Immigrants come to Canada with the desire to make as difference and work hard, their great efforts are contributing and in future days will contribute to the success and economic well being of this nation !
