Pvt Bryant Why is NCO’s imported to me? In the half a year I been in the army all my NCO’s have helped me out at least one time. People say that NCO’s are the back bone of the army. For some time I did know what in the world that was about. But now being at hunter army air field I now know that NCO’s run just about all the day to thing s in the army. Outside of all the new stuff that I just figured out, I think NCO’s are the reason why see do so will in war. Not just by leading us in to combat but also by teaching all the solider what they need to know before they ever ship off. Without NCO’s us new solider would not have anyone to tell us what to look out for in on the battle field and in the army life. Some NCO’s give you a hard time to so that they can teach you something in a way the makes you have to learn it. In the time that I been at hunter army air field most of the NCO’s have help me out. SGT. Booth has been helping me get to wear I have to go on time and in the right uniform. All the SGT.’s in the office help me in get my room and all my paper work done for that I could get in the IRT as fast as they could. The SGT’s in Drivers school helped me not just get driving The Hummer down, but they also helped me learn how to talk to NCO’s without feeling sick to the point that I pee my pants. I’m saying in any place that you’re in the army it will be a NCO that will help you or teach you something.
