Technology and the movement of information have advanced the world into an age of self-exploration that is unparalleled for its time. For the first time, Internet users from around the world can gain access to millions of websites and resources of any kind. Many beckon that the end of the book is coming; soon Internet resources will reign in the field of educational enlightenment and replace the printed page of stiffly bound text. Many would claim that the Internet is full of lies, misleading information, and lacks accountability to those who post. This paper will discuss, review, and compare websites in which the modern Christian can sharpen his/her theological wit. As Internet resources gain credibility that books once solely held, the modern and contemporary Christian must be equipped with reliable, and extensive study sites in which the layman can study Modern and Contemporary Christian History.
