Point-by-Point Compare/Contrast Essay Outline

Thesis: Many people seem to love Nike and Addidas, especially knowing that these stores tend to the needs of athletes, and both are worldwide. Both Nike and Adidas are the way to turn for an immediate athlete emergency, and seem to equally satisfy their customers, but Nike has a few tricks up its sleeve when it comes to customer satisfaction.
Intro Paragraph: Nike takes the Greek name meaning goddess of victory,which accommodates this company very well. Nike has been around since 1971, and this company started with only 1,200 dollars in the bank, but not many people knew this company would soon be on the rise. It was founded by Bill Bowerman in the year 1972 and the slogan is “Just Do It”. On the other hand, Adidas is a worldwide sportswear manufacturer based in Germany and founded by Adolf Dassler on August 18,1949. The slogan is “Impossible is nothing”. These two companies sell and offer a wide range of products for the customers, and their products offers mainly on sports wear for men and women. These companies also provide the customers varieties of footwear such as sports shoes, casual shoes, boots, and sandals. While they are selling similar products, Nike products are more expensive than Adidas because all Nike brand have high and advance technology, which I will talk about later. Adidas is found to be cheaper than Nike for many reasons, stating the fact that many athletes are the designers of the shoe, leading to a higher price.
