Joe was having a normal day selling houses. He was showing a family a house and was about to make an offer. Joe knew Jim, a man that lived across the street from the house he was showing. Jim worked down the street, at the hardware store. Jim looked out the window and saw that there was a car crash. Then he realized that it was Joe’s car that another car crashed into.
Jim ran down the street knowing that Joe was showing a house down there. Joe saw Jim running down the street and was confused as to what was going on. Jim told Joe to follow him down the street. Joe, still confused, ran with Jim down the street. Jim stopped and pointed toward what happened.
Joe stood there in shock. He ran down the street to the cars and asked if the other person was okay. Luckily it wasn’t all that bad. Everyone was just fine. There wasn’t a lot of damage on either one of the cars. They weren’t able to be driven, but easy to fix.
Jim told Joe that he would drive him home when he is done with the house. Two tow trucks arrived, hooked up the cars, and took them to the dealers to be fixed up. The person from the other car walked over to Joe.
“Hi, my name is Laura, I am sorry that I hit your car!” said Laura.
“All that matter is that you are okay,” Joe politely said.
“How can I make it up to you?” Laura asked.
“It is okay you don’t have to,” said Joe.
After a little while of talking, Joe went back to the house to finish signing the deal. Jim took Joe home and Joe’s wife invited Jim to stay for dinner since it was late. After dinner Jim went home. Jim got his car back after a month in the shop. Ever since then everything was back to normal.
