In this research paper will be talking about what is nutrition? What would it cause to human health and other things are related such as, disease, food pyramid, and epidemiological studies; however, nutrition and health is a very broad and complex subject. So, what is nutrition? A definition of nutrition is provided and an examination of the factors which influence healthy eating and good nutrition. Nutrition is the necessary supplements provide by food for humans ingestion, digestive system, absorption, metabolism, transport, storage and excretion of those nutrients. Nutrients include three elements, environmental, psychological and behavioral aspects of the food and eating. Nutrients are important to our everyday lives because it provides the nutrients that our bodies need to function on a daily basis. Each person has his or her individual nutritional need. Nutrition helps to keep people health and can also work with how the brain works.
The connection between nutrition and health is that if the body is not getting the proper nutrients then the person is jeopardizing his or her own health. A good nutrients habit protects a person’s health and everyday functions. Food gives us the power to think and the energy to move our muscles. Human body function includes three important elements, the micronutrients, the vitamins, the minerals, and people need food not just to sustain health, but to live better.
Nowadays, most of people are aware of the term chronic disease because it is fearful and could be dangerous to human health. The term simply means persistent or recurring disease and affecting a human body for at least three months or longer. The fear part of chronic disease is that generally it cannot be prevent by vaccines or cured by medication, nor do they just disappear.
