Fed Ex has been in business since 1971 with Fredric’s vision of having a package deliver without having a third party involved, until the package is the customer hands (FedEx Corporation, 1995-2012) . To provide these services all around the world, the company’s structure is divided from global regions, geographical areas, and its many services that they provide from air, ground, express, and information technology. The company’s goal is to become the best delivery of goods to customer around the world through investment in future technology. The company’s goal is to be better that UPS and their network. In evaluating their organizational functions and design, it can be see that they are on their way to another successful year.
