ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOUR ISSUES BASED ON OTICON CASE STUDY
Organizational behavior can be defined to be a perceptive of persons, faction activities, and pattern of constitution in line to improve organizational act and efficiency, Mullins (2005). Also, organizational behavior can be referred to as a phrase functional to the logical learning of individual’s behavior within groups, collectively amid an analysis of the personality of groups, the advancing of structures among and inside groups and the course of implementing change, Cole (1998).
A success determined organization must constantly endeavor to an effectual application of organization behavioral theories and conceptual frame work in order to remain significant and gain competitive advantage (Appannaiah et al 2010). Changes are necessary to any organization in order to keep track of the rapid changes going on in the world. It doesn’t matter the type of organization or work, the thing that is certain is that change will surely happen to work and organizations sometimes, considerably and harmfully (Burnes 1992).
PURPOSE AND AIMS OF THE STUDY
To identify and analyze the organizational issues that lead to the success at Oticon.
Information will be generated from the case study, journal and articles related to Oticon and some business newspapers. However, due to word limitations only Structure change, Teams, leadership, power and motivation will be critically analyzed among other issues.
