Frances Louise Garr
The Savannah Woman

Frances Louise Garr has never followed the well-beaten paths of convention. Her trails have been molded by an extraordinary life in ordinary places.

She has married to Joseph Garr (who has two family owned funeral homes in Cincinnati) for 58 years, has been a resident of Silverton for 34 years, and has four children, 11 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.

She is a phenomenon of style, grace and beauty that radiates from her soul that is nurtured by God. She knows fashion like the back of her vintage gloved hand. Many Cincinnatians know Louise from her professional modeling company; Mrs. G and Company, that raised thousands of dollars for various Churches, organizations and charities throughout the Tri-State area. She has graced the runway with classic styles that will remain in memory for years to come.

Now at an age when most women have resigned themselves to retirement, Louise is commuting to New York, Chicago, Vegas, and LA to view the latest trends of the fashion world. Her selections become part of the Savannah G. experience.

Louise Garr has dared to pursue her dreams of opening an upscale women’s clothing boutique. In 2002 she decided to renovate an old two story building in the heart of the infamous west end of Cincinnati. The transformation of the location is remarkable and amazing.

As you enter the boutique, your surroundings take you from the west end to Paris. Savannah G. Boutique reminds you of the islands in Georgia, known as Savannah (thus the name).

Sparkling chandeliers, beautiful hardwood floors, magnificent high ceilings, a twelve foot long foyer, an original wooden stair case leading to the second floor; these very things that make Savannah G. breathtaking.

Louise is down to earth stylist that loves what she does and will try to get you the desired look that you need for your special occasion.
