Consulting Plan – Part Two
The consultant plan part two is a breakdown of the “checklist number seven” this plan will break down the communication plan and the feedback-meeting plan as well. This will be giving a good plan for a consultant to follow to make sure that the consultant does not forget the question, well at least the best shot of not forgetting a question.
The tools that are necessary for communication and feedback commitments are to know your audience, know your topic, and plan your presentation. In order to know your audience, you will need to listen to what they are saying or not saying, this is one of your best tool. When you know the topic, you will be prepared for nearly any question that might come up. Plan your presentation with as many images as possible, that way the slide can supports your message.
Communication Plan
As a consultant, the communication that he or she plans to use is as many as possible. The consultant should email communication to keep in contact with the client and make sure that everything is going according to plan. Specify if encryption will be necessary for e-mails, attachments, file transfer protocol (FTP) sites. For telephone conferences or video conferences when time differences are great, specify preferred times and days of the week to conduct them. The consultant should also use reports to show what is taking place so that there is more of a visual. A consultant should also try to have weekly meetings to keep everyone up to date. The consultant should have all the communication that he or she can do the best way to keep people up to date.
Feedback Meetings Plan
List the meetings that are expected to occur, the particular reason and likely timing for each, who is expected to attend, who is to provide what input prior to each meeting. Specify when and if telephone conferences or video conferences will be used....
