Held against your will, feeling powerless, and living in a world that’s undergoing hard times because it’s being controlled by a malicious leader, a dictator. Dictators are known to make people work with or without their consent or opinion. For years past the world has come across many dictators and one of the most infamous dictators is Adolf Hitler. Adolf Hitler took over the country of Germany starting in 1919 and his dictatorship lasted for 4 years. Over the 4 years the people of Germany had to suffer and live with Hitler’s stubborn leadership. In the world today the word “Dictator” is rarely used because many people believe they exist in politics. Instead of “Dictator” the word “Bully” was born. Even though bullies seem less powerful, Bullies and Dictators have a lot in common starting with their personality, followed by their controlling ways, and lastly their procedures of remaining powerful.
One similarity Bullies and Dictators share is their personality; both a bully and a dictator come off quite arrogant and demanding. Bullies and Dictators like to think of themselves as the most superior people and they always make up their own rules. Usually their rules would put them on a higher pedestal than others, since they made up the rules they can alter and change them anytime they want if they’re not satisfied with the outcome. Dictators and Bullies want people to tolerate them regardless of what anyone else say; think of an older sister or brother when parents aren’t around. Some Bullies and Dictators can even have people that are above them thinking they’ll do no harm even though they’ve been accused of doing many evil things by multiple people. This action leads to worse actions than before and makes the Bully or Dictator arrogant. Followed by their arrogance is their demanding ways.
