1. a) Personality is defined as the qualities that make a person
unique of themselves and the characteristics that form a person
in their life. Every person in this world has different
personality and it cannot be compared with any one. By
developing a good characteristic personality can make a person
famous by building them self confidence and internal energy.
Therefore personality does not just make a person famous but it
also develops the entire human qualities and action to make them
be a complete individual human being.
b.) Personality Theory describes about personality and how to
develop ourselves into a complete human beings personality. This
theory was predicted by Sigmund Freud's famous psychoanalysis and
many other scientists to explain about the principles of
communication in life and learn how to behave. It teaches about
self concept, attitudes towards others and behavior. They are about
six main perspectives about personality theory they are Biological,
Psychoanalytic, Dispositional, Learning, Humanistic and Cognitive
ways of developing personality. Biological perspective is teaches
about values about personal self. Psychoanalytic perspective
teaches about giving attention to unconscious’s state of mind.
Dispositional perspective explains us traits of being a good
individual without botheration and Cognitive perspective Captures
active nature of human thought.
2. Personality helps us to determine ourselves at work by effective
communication. They are many ways to determine personality at
work by having qualities of Extroversion Introversion gaining
knowledge about data, ideas, or things, having Sensing Intuitive
