2-a. The five-factor model of personality, known as "the Big Five" consists of extraversion, openness (to experience), conscientiousness, neuroticism, and agreeableness (Costa & McCrae, 1985; McCrae & John, 1992)
Extraversion: How much energy you give to the outside world. High-level people are extroverted, confidence, talkative, active. They like risk and are usually full of energy. Low-level people are introverted, quiet, caution. They like to stay along and enjoy their own world. They’d rather read a book than go to a party.
Openness: The ability of cognizance. High-level people are imaginative, creative. They are sensitive to music and arts and have widely interest. Low-level people are traditional and conservative, regular and routing. They are in line.
Conscientious: How to control, manage and adjust the mood. High-level people are reliable, responsible, trusty and organized. They know what they should do and they do what they should do. Low-level people sometimes are interesting, impulsive, easy to be influenced.
Neuroticism: How to deal with the negative feelings. High-level people are usually angry, depress, upset when they have pressure. Low-level people are calm, less emotional when they are facing the negative feeling, but this does not mean that they have the positive feelings.
Agreeableness: A kind of “love”. High-level people are kind, generous, forgiveness, cooperation, sympathetic. Low-level people are selfish, dubitable. They do not care about others.

3-a. The basic meaning of plaid is: any fabric woven of differently colored yarns in a cross-barred pattern. According to the Personality Dimensions, plaid means everyone of us has all the four colors, more or less, though one preference is more dominant, we can still do function very comfortably from all other styles. Colors are equal.
