D-ONE soccer tournament
On their first annual soccer tournament, D-ONE which most of us know as one of the hottest rap Creole group in the state, with the vision of their young talented CEO, singer, producer, song writer and not to forget, an explosive soccer player, Alain mostly known as “Ace”, had come up with the idea to organize a soccer tournament for young man around the North Shore area, to keep them busy during the summer and stay off the street. As most of us know summer time is one of the most dangerous time of the year for young adult….crime rate, violence are higher among youth. (North Shore areas…see Cambridge, Somerville, Medford, Malden, Everett, Revere, Lynn……).
After having the vision to organize this soccer tournament, Alain gathered groups of young man like him that he felt were responsible enough to help him with the idea. After meet up in several occasions, together they had came up with a group of over one hundred names of young man which they splinted into six teams….
Here is a look at how the teams stack up….
First team, “APA NOU “English translation, HERE WE ARE”. With their leaders and captains Jackson and Artist these group of youngsters mostly from Cambridge via “aux cayes” city of Haiti are the most exciting and skills team in the league and they had proved it so far winning all of their games played with the record of 4-0 with just one game left in the first round of the tournament…..
Right behind APA NOU, we having our second team in the league known as, COOLKATS, these groups of young man from Malden have one thing in mind is to challenge the youngster of APA NOU and take home the trophy. With their speed and skills, the public believe that they have a legitimate chance of doing so…only time will tell.
Thirdly we have, the BLACK LION, who quietly had established themselves as one of the power elite in the tournament after winning their last two games to putt themselves as a...
