Spirituality is defined by God and it is a manifestation of His nature. The essence of spirituality is part of the human experience which is to explore and discover our true selves who we are , where we are going, why we are here .It allows us to get in touch with our own moral compass by knowing what is wrong and right according to our personal beliefs .Through this journey it gives us a sense of meaning ,hope comfort and peace within our life. Spirituality allows us to feel connected and to respect others around us and for us to be one with our environment. One’s spirituality is explored through subjective personal experiences which means it taps into the inner reality of the mind in order to gain some kind of connection . Spirituality gives direction to our thinking as well as our decision making and actions throughout our everyday life. The goal of spirituality is to encourage growth in our relationship with God, and it allows one to develop and maintain a peaceful relationship with Him and His higher powers .
Spiritual practices tend to improve skills and encourages social support it brings along feelings of positivity, hope and promotes relaxation for an individual . Developing one’s spiritual life gives one a sense of purpose and its helps one to figure out their passions when it comes to your personal life , social life , academic life and your health . Spirituality can be practiced through prayer , meditation, guardian angels and traditional ceremonies .
