Pollution

Pollution

Nowadays
 pollution
 is
 the
 order
 of
 the
 day.
 Most
 people
 have
 an
 opinion
on
the
issue
and,
independently
of
the
views,
it
is
commonly
 accepted
that
our
world
is
overpopulated
and
that
if
we
do
nothing,
 things
won’t
have
a
happy
ending.

 There
 are
 many
 forms
 of
 pollution;
 we
 have
 for
 example
 air,
 water
 and
 soil
 pollution.
 Pollution
 is
 considered
 to
 be
 the
 release
 of
 a
 substance
to
the
environment
that
is
likely
to
damage
the
ecosystem.

 In
 fact,
 we
 have
 always
 had
 pollution
 and
 the
 first
 emissions
 of
 carbon
dioxide
to
the
atmosphere
are
considered
to
be
the
ones
that
 aloud
our
very
existence.

This
is
due
to
the
fact
that
carbon
dioxide
 has
a
really
important
property;
it
absorbs
heat
emitted
by
the
earth
 and
thus
warms
the
atmosphere.

 It
is
also
a
fact
that
Developed
countries
were
the
ones
that
polluted
 the
 most,
 because
 they
 developed
 their
 economies
 first.

 With
 the
 industrial
 revolution,
 these
 countries
 started
 producing
 manufactured
goods,
which
typically
damage
more
the
environment.
 However,
since
developed
countries
were
a
minority,
pollution
had
a
 limited
impact
on
daily
life.

 The
 great
 divergence
 between
 Developed
 and
 Developing
 countries
 ended
a
time
ago
and
countries
like
China
and
Brazil
have
nowadays
 a
great
economic
power.

They
are
able
to
produce
huge
quantities
of
 goods,
at
a
lower
cost
due
to
their
lower
wages.

 Thus
 both
 Developed
 and
 Developing
 countries
 are
 polluting
 the
 world,
 which
 is
 the
 real
 problem.
 First
 we
 do
 not
 need
 all
 the
 products
that
are
being
produced,
second
we
cannot
continue
to
have
 these
levels
of
pollution,
or
there
will
be
severe
consequences.

 In
conclusion,
I
believe
that
Developing
countries
have
a
huge
urge
to
 develop
 their
 economies,
 so
 they
 don’t
 care
 about
 environmental
 issues.
 On
 the
 other
 hand
 Developed
 countries
 are
 really
 concerned
 with
 our
 future
 and
 some
 have
...
