Primary prevention is educating people about risk factors and lifestyle changes to reduce risk. With this in mind I think it is important to begin in the school systems to try to prevent crime. Primary prevention is more concerned with informing and educating people about risks of choosing a life of crime. There is no better place to start in preventing crime than the youth of America.
