The Industrial cleaning and sanitation industry is an extremely competitive and dynamic market. In order to succeed in the $ 8 billion dollar industry Interclean has to offer best solutions and services that will make more efficient cleaning efforts in the wake of stricter
requirements for environmental safety.
Interclean is faced with new regulations governing the maintenance of their sterile environment. Cleaning companies can offer huge value to their clients by providing solutions that includes product training for employees, monitoring and sharing new products and regulations and, obtaining full cleaning service contracts. In efforts to achieve new market demands, and improve the services, David Spencer Chief Executive Officer (CEO) wants to direct the company’s Current business strategy, which is selling the products, to the new strategy, which will be solution/service based model plan. There is also second part in his plans the merger of Interclean with Envirotech company, which has great service expertise in InterClean’s new business plan. They will be grouped in multi-functional teams, and trained to support InterClean’s high-quality products with high-quality services. Based on the individual account needs they will be instructed in development of a service package that will well suite to that account. They will be trained to directly work with facilities managers, health care professionals, and operational executives in their customers’ organization. Executive team of InterClean expects those changes to happen in the next 90 to 180 days.
