INTRODUCTION

The challenge of prospering in the global market is an inconstant phenomenon as it provides new prospects and pressures to governments, firms and individuals. Functioning transnationally necessitates firms to be responsive to highly complex atmosphere and association with continuing environmental variations. The challenge is met through preparation, conducting of research to construct a knowledge base of country specific and market specific prospects and concerns. This includes geographical, cultural, political and legal dimensions.
The transnational relations in the new millennia gave birth to a new dimension of unstable ultimate undercurrents in the world, the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa). The Euro-American reign is increasingly being tested by the BRICS countries stretching their power and is demanding majority in decision-making procedures. BRICS denote more than three trillion foreign investments which is more than one third of the world total and having 40 percent of the world’s population and 25 percent of global GDP. Essentially untouched from the current financial crisis, BRICS are honorable for long-term progression. By 2015, the BRICS’ percent of world GDP is expected to grow to 21.6 percent and the global exports is also expected to grow to 20.1 percent while Euro-American percent of the world economy is expected to decrease to 22 percent. Since the BRICS countries compromise investors the prospectus, multinationals worldwide are gathering in, expecting to take advantage.
