It is our mission here at the PEACE Domestic Violence Agency located in the heart of downtown Portland Oregon, to reduce victim trauma, We hope to empower the survivors and promote recovery through the implementation of our direct services, It is our commitment to reduce domestic violence education and a variety of other strategically planned programs. Portland is a very culturally diverse city, Our program is equipped to meet the needs and provide assistance to the many ethnicities that inhabit the city.
Like every successful community based program, planning and evaluation are very important. Here at the PEACE agency we plan on implementing evaluation of our program to determine how we are implementing our services and to determine whether we are meeting the needs of our clients This will also give our staff an idea on how they should plan and implement our services.. We believe that both the Project wide evaluation plan and the objective –oriented evaluation plan meet the criteria for our program, however the best evaluation for our agency will be the Object oriented evaluation plan.
