The functional area managers of Zilack Corporation have provided ideas that pertain to (1) strategies describing what a business intends to do, and (2) implementation strategies that describes actions to carry out its plans. The remaining pages of this proposal describe their ideas.

The Marketing Functional Area must focus on sales campaigns, Internet promotion, and customer relations to support Zilack’s business model of projected growth.
The Marketing department is committed to assisting all functional areas of the Zilack Corporation, so that we are able to produce a coffee cup that will attract, and maintain our customer satisfaction for many years to come. The marketing department is also committed to planning and marketing our unique coffee cup, through e-business strategies as well as customer relations.
1. The Marketing Department of the Zilack Corporation recognizes that they must adhere to the code of ethics, which set standards for the conduct, and the marketing of information of the Zilack Corporation.
2. The main issue affecting the Zilack Corporation is that it has been ran by a one-man show, where the functional area managers were not allowed to communicate, but as we begin this journey, the functional area managers will communicate effectively to improve the Zilack Corporation. Marketing will communicate daily with the Information Technology department and the Operations and Production department, to ensure that both departments understand the Marketing department strategies.
