When you are learning about others and how they learn, it is best they take a survey so we can see where they stand with the information they know at the moment in the work place. Just because the employees are able to do the certain things that is required of them is it out of habit or do they really know what they are talking about? Everyone learns differently that is what makes us all unique.
Being in a work environment there are many different jobs that require different tasks to be completed. When it comes to training there will group trainings but if a person does not fully understand part of the training it is okay to ask questions. There is no dumb question here. To begin the training we will take a survey. There is no wrong answers this is just to see how your mind works in different situations.
Even if you feel comfortable with all the information being provided to you, once you get out on the floor and you notice you are not catching on as fast as you thought we can put you back in training for a short time. If you have to go back into training do not see it as you are failing, see as it as extra practice.

Starbucks uses a reward system that lets you earn stars when you buy coffee and after so many stars you advance to the next level until you get to Gold and each level has its benefits. The negative advantage is the only way you earn stars if you use your Starbuck card which can be on an app so you never lose the card, it is reloadable.
