Executive Summary.
Quasar Communications Inc. (QCI) has existed for thirty (30) years and is a $350million division of Communication Systems International, the world’s largest communications company. The company employs circa 340 personnel, of which 200 are Engineers.
The company has undergone changes to its organisational structure in the past three (3) years, with the most recent being a change from a Traditional Organisational Structure to a Balanced Matrix Organisational structure.
