16. Jane, 16 years old is 3 months pregnant. Her boyfriend left when he learned her condition. Jane was so depressed that even her personal hygiene was already neglected. As days passed by, the condition worsen. The family who support Jane decided to have the baby be terminated so as not to aggravate her condition.
Reaction: based on Jane’s condition, her family doesn’t have to do an abortion just to help her recover. If they think it will help to stop aggravate her condition, it’s not right to do that, we know that abortion is a crime against God and its illegal, and we don’t know if Jane can really recover in that way. Maybe it will cause her more worsen. She had to continue her pregnancy and her family need to support her more to help her to recover from depression. And also she must attend a psychological therapy if necessary.

17. Elaine killed her rapist. She was acquitted of the crime she has committed in favor of self-defense. However, Elaine was so upset because she committed a serious crime against God. Is killing in the context of Christianity always wrong?
Reaction: Elaine did it to save herself. Killing with a reason like self defense or other that will not against the law is acceptable in humanity & God’s rule. And also in every rule there is an exception.

18. Dr. Jim knows that abortion is wrong yet performs one because his patients demands for it. The nurse did not participate in the procedure but cared for the patient after the abortion. Is he unethical?
Reaction: Both three of them really know that abortion is a big crime and against God. I believe that the nurse here is unethical, yes it is right to cared the patient but we know that nurse’s role is to care a patient. But it’s unethical the nurse know that is an abortion and it’s a big sin.
