My Family Health History Assignment

Father: Short obese abused alcohol at a young age. He was diagnosed with epileptic seizure. His seizures were uncontrolled and untreated and he died in 1981 at the age of 27.
Mother: Average height for a woman but morbidly obese. She has been diagnosed with hypertension, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, and a vitamin D deficiency. She also has trouble with ambulating without the use of a cane. She is taking meds to control her diagnosis at the age of 60.
Aunt: Below average height for a woman and morbidly obese. She has recently had one knee surgery and is due for another to repair her other knee. She has been diagnosed with hypertension and arthritis in the shoulders. She has difficulty ambulating without the usage of a cane at the age of 64.
Uncle: Average height for a man but morbidly obese. He has been diagnosed with hypertension and type 2 diabetes. His uncontrolled hypertension has caused heart disease. His type 2 diabetes is also uncontrolled because he refuses to go for preventive care on a regular basis unless he is in extreme pain. His diet is unhealthy and largely proportioned.
Sister: Average height for a women but morbidly obese and overly confident in her appearance and refuses to change her bad habits. She is allergic to a wide range of things and carries an epi pen everywhere. She has constant migraines that are untreated and to add to her list of bad habits she socially drink, smoke, and have an active night life.
Brother: Above average height but mildly obese. He has been diagnosed early with type 2 diabetes at age 34. Meds were given but he refused to take them. He chose to change his diet and exercise. Recently he has had trouble with his eye sight which he has recently repaired with several corrective surgeries. He has gout in his feet and arthritis in his knees.
