May try to find out about missed class work as class is beginning or after it ends instead of scheduling an appointment with the instructor. Occasionally misses class but usually notifies instructor with a reason. Makes provisions for turning in missed work at an acceptable time. Occasionally arrives late, but calls in advance to notify instructor of late arrival.
