1. THE OBJECTIVES
1. To highlight the findings concluded from the ‘Work Improving
Team (WIT) training cum workshop’ session (on 7 Basic QC Tools &
Techniques) which could be useful for Corporate Services
Division (CSD) towards achieving BETTER results in ‘Total
Quality Management (TQM)’ implementation in the division.
2. To enhance the effectiveness of the implementation strategies of
the Divisional Quality Master Plan.
3. To highlight ideas that might be useful for issues
rectification.
4. To be used as an input for future planning of TQM implementation
in the division.
2. THE BACKGROUND

|2.1 |A WIT workshop was organized by Corporate Services |
| |Division (CSD) as an initiative towards promoting and |
| |building up of ‘Quality Culture’. The effort has |
| |indirectly proven to be another activity that promotes |
| |the practice of TNB shared values by CSD’s top |
| |management (caring, business excellence & customer |
| |focus). |
| |The workshop (with the main purpose of preparing the |
| |staff who involve in WIT with the minimum required |
